This is a limited-scope legal engagement for the services you purchase. It does not include ongoing case management, negotiations, hearings or completing your divorce. Full representation requires a separate engagement letter signed by you and the firm. Any filing appearance and completion of that engagement must follow the court’s rules.
The firm prepares and returns the documents within 24–48 hours after receiving payment and your complete intake and accepting the matter. We may need clarification or additional records; if so, we will contact you and confirm the timing. Documents are prepared and reviewed by the firm, then sent to you using your safe contact instructions.
Verify your email, then use the Pay Now button for the initial package. Use that same email for your payment receipt. Return to the intake page after paying; the form opens once the completed payment is confirmed. If you already paid, use the payment check or contact the firm before paying again. The optional filing and process-service payments are also available by credit or debit card using their Pay Now buttons. Use the separate optional-service payment buttons only after the firm confirms the appropriate stage and you separately agree to that service. You see the price before authorizing payment. This website adds no card-processing surcharge.
Illinois courts have a fee-waiver application. Tell us about your financial circumstances in the intake so that eligibility can be reviewed before you pay court fees. See official fee-waiver information.
We first review your circumstances. Existing cases, emergencies, safety concerns, unusual service issues, or other complexities may require a different scope. If the service is not appropriate, we will contact you and address any payment and next steps before beginning work. Contact us directly if you have an urgent deadline.
